Laura Leebove is a Michigan-born, Brooklyn-based music journalist, food blogger, and occasional concert photographer. Her full-time gig is on the editorial team at eMusic and she just started a new food and music blog, Eating the Beats. Her writing can be found regularly on ETB, eMusic.com and eMu’s staff blog, 17 Dots. She’s also been a regular contributor for Billboard, AOL’s Spinner.com, and Critical Mob, and has been published in various other music and culture publications including Under the Radar, Venus Zine (where she once served as concert reviews editor), Heeb Magazine, filter-mag.com, self-titled magazine, Pomp & Circumstance Magazine, Blurt-Online.com, and the East Village Radio blog.
